Terms of Service

The Climbing Rules

The deal between you and Tackie, in plain language. Use Tackie and you agree to these terms.

Last updated June 23, 2026

Effective June 23, 2026.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the company that runs Tackie (defined below as “Tackie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of tackie.io, the Tackie web app, and everything we offer through them (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. If you do not agree, that is okay, please do not use Tackie.

Please read these carefully. Section 13 (Disclaimers) and Section 14 (Limitation of Liability) limit our responsibility to you, and Section 16 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration) requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials. You have a right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days (see Section 16).

The gist (plain-language summary)

This is a friendly summary so you know what you are agreeing to. It is not the full agreement, and if anything here ever seems to conflict with the detailed sections below, the detailed sections govern.

  • Tackie helps you turn a vague goal into a sharpened goal and an adaptive weekly plan you can climb. It is a planning tool, not a guarantee of any result.
  • Tackie uses AI to suggest questions, goals, plans, and reports. AI can be wrong or incomplete, and its output is not professional advice (not medical, mental-health, fitness, legal, financial, or career advice). Use your own judgment.
  • Your goals and content stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service for you.
  • Please do not write sensitive personal data, other people’s private info, or payment details into your goals (see Section 8).
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old. The Service is provided “as is,” our liability is limited, and most disputes go to individual arbitration unless you opt out.

1. Who we are

Tackie is an AI-assisted goal-planning app at tackie.io. The Service is operated by Pinn.Media LLC, and it will transition to Tackie LLC once that entity is formed (together, “Tackie”). Tackie is proudly developed in the United States.

  • Company / legal entity: Pinn.Media LLC (transitioning to Tackie LLC once formed), organized in Wyoming, United States.
  • Mailing address: 30 N Gould St #43324, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
  • General contact: hello@tackie.io. Support: support@tackie.io. Privacy: privacy@tackie.io. Legal and copyright notices: legal@tackie.io.

2. Who can use Tackie (eligibility and age)

  • You must be at least 13. Tackie is for users 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it. A parent or guardian who believes their under-13 child used Tackie can email privacy@tackie.io and we will remove the account and data.
  • Under 18. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use Tackie only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
  • Capacity and authority. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law (including export and sanctions laws, see Section 21).
  • Accurate information. When you sign up, give us accurate, current information (including your date of birth so we can confirm eligibility) and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You can sign in with email and password or with Google, and you can turn on two-factor authentication for extra protection.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, except to the extent it results from our own failure to provide reasonable security.
  • Tell us promptly at support@tackie.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Do not use someone else’s account without permission, and do not impersonate anyone.

4. What Tackie does

Tackie helps you set and pursue personal goals. Depending on your plan, the Service includes some or all of the following:

  • AI goal sharpening: a short, adaptive conversation that turns a vague goal into one clear goal.
  • Adaptive weekly plans: small, checkable tasks scaled to your time, pace, and deadline.
  • Your climb: a mountain-style progress view, an Ascent Score, streaks, completion metrics, and AI-written weekly reports.
  • Weekly reckon:an end-of-week check-in that regenerates next week’s tasks from how the last week actually went.
  • Tools and extras: a per-task focus timer, reminders (including optional browser or app push notifications and an optional weekly recap email), calendar export and optional integrations (an .ics file, a calendar subscription feed, Google Calendar sync, and automation webhooks, all covered in Section 10), life-area grouping, summit celebrations and shareable summit graphics, profile and completion photos, cosmetic unlocks, and optional location-based suggestions and local weather.
  • Account security: sign-in with email and password or with Google, with optional passkeys and two-factor authentication.
  • Ranger, the product guide: an in-app assistant that answers questions about how Tackie works. Ranger is limited to product questions, does not plan your personal goal, and does not give medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Ratings and testimonials: you can rate Tackie and, if you choose, submit a testimonial that, once approved through moderation, may appear publicly (see Section 6).

Tackie is a general goal-planning tool. It is not a health, medical, fitness, wellness, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition.

You are interacting with AI

Tackie’s questions, sharpened goals, plans, tasks, hints, insights, and reports are generated by artificial intelligence (we use Anthropic, the Claude API, as described in our Privacy Policy). We label AI-generated content in the app. See Section 13 for what that means for accuracy and advice.

A note on sensitive topics and safety

Tackie includes safety guardrails. If your input suggests self-harm, disordered eating, or another serious risk, the app responds with a supportive message and crisis resources (for example, in the US you can call or text 988) instead of building a plan. Tackie is not a crisis service and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away.

5. Plans, free trial, billing, and auto-renewal

Tackie is free to try. You can sharpen a goal and build your first week without a card. For the full experience you can choose a paid plan. The billing terms in this Section 5 apply if and when paid plans are offered to you. The plans below describe what paid tiers are intended to include:

PlanWhat you get
Basecamp (free)Sharpen a goal and try the climb. A great way to see how Tackie works.
AscentThe full system: unlimited goals, the adaptive weekly plan, focus timer, calendar export, and your live Ascent Score.
SummitEverything in Ascent, plus every cosmetic theme, all badges, and the full reward track.

Plan features and pricing are shown at checkout and may change over time. The features above describe the Service today and may evolve.

  • Billing and Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (for example, monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan and any taxes, and you agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment itself. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe; Tackie does notstore your full card number. We receive only limited billing information (for example, subscription status and your card’s brand and last four digits) to manage your plan, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Auto-renewal. Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged for the next period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The plan, price, renewal frequency, and renewal date are disclosed to you at sign-up.
  • How to cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing support@tackie.io. Cancelling stops future renewals. It usually takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep access until then.
  • Automatic-renewal disclosures (including California). Before you are charged for a recurring plan, we present the renewal terms (the price, the renewal frequency, the renewal date, and how to cancel) clearly and conspicuously, and we obtain your affirmative consent to them. If we offer a free trial or a promotional price, we disclose its length and the price that follows. We provide an easy-to-use online way to cancel at any time, and where the law (such as California’s Automatic Renewal Law) requires it, we send any renewal or price-change reminders it calls for. These protections apply to all users, not only Californians.
  • Free trials. If we offer a free trial, we will tell you its length and what happens when it ends. Unless we say otherwise, a paid plan begins (and billing starts) automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. For recurring plans, we will give you advance notice and the change applies to the next renewal after the notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused features. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
  • Taxes. Prices may not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which we may add to your charge.
  • Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry, downgrade your plan, or suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

6. Your content and the license you give us

  • You own your content.The goals, your “why,” answers, plans, tasks, notes, reckons, and other things you create or submit (your “Content”) belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your climb.
  • The license you grant us. So we can run the Service for you, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and adapt your Content, only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide features you ask for (for example, sending your goal text to our AI provider to generate a plan). This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for content-free records, backups that roll off on their normal cycle, and anything we must keep by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not train AI on your Content. We do not use your personal Content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train its models on our API inputs or outputs (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Photos you upload. If you add a profile photo or a completion photo, you keep your rights to it and grant us the same limited license above to host and display it for you within the Service. You agree not to upload photos of other people without their permission, or any image you do not have the right to use.
  • Shareable summit graphics. If you choose to generate or share a summit graphic, you are responsible for what you share. The Tackie name and marks on it remain ours.
  • Ratings and testimonials. If you submit a rating or testimonial, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it (with the display name you provide) to promote the Service, including on our website. You confirm your testimonial is your honest opinion and is yours to share. Testimonials pass a moderation step before any can be published, we may decline or remove any of them at our discretion, and you can ask us to remove yours at any time.
  • Your responsibility for Content. You represent that you have the rights to your Content and that it does not break these Terms or any law.

7. Acceptable use (play fair)

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

  • break the law or use Tackie to harm, harass, or endanger anyone;
  • upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates someone else’s rights or privacy;
  • attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users’ accounts or data;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code or underlying models, except to the limited extent the law expressly allows;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or access the Service through automated means or bots, except as we expressly permit;
  • abuse, overuse, or attempt to drive up the cost of our AI features (for example, automated, bulk, or excessive requests, or any “denial-of-wallet” behavior), or circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or our bot protection;
  • probe the safety guardrails or try to make the AI produce harmful, dangerous, or disallowed output;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, white-label, or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without our written permission;
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a competing AI model;
  • remove or obscure any notice or label, including AI-content labels, or misrepresent your affiliation with Tackie.

We may investigate and may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. See Section 12.

8. Sensitive data: please keep it out

Because you write goals in your own words, please be thoughtful about what you type. To protect yourself and others, you agree not to submit the following into Tackie:

  • special-category or sensitive personal data about yourself (for example, detailed health or medical records, racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data, precise location, or immigration status), beyond the minimum needed to describe a goal;
  • anyone else’s personal or private information without their permission;
  • payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, or similar financial or identity details;
  • passwords, security credentials, or secrets;
  • any content you are not allowed to share, or that someone else owns.

Tackie is not designed to collect this kind of data, and we do not ask for it. This mirrors our Privacy Policy. If sensitive detail appears, it is only because you chose to write it, and you are responsible for that choice. Our safety system reads your goal text to keep the experience safe (see Section 4), as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. AI features, in honest detail

AI facts at a glance

What it is
Tackie uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to sharpen goals, build weekly plans, write insights, and answer questions.
It can be wrong
AI can make mistakes, miss things, or confidently make up details that sound right but are not (hallucinations). Always use your own judgment.
Not professional advice
Nothing Tackie generates is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
Not a crisis service
Tackie is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line right away.
Your data
Your goals and answers are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. They are not used to train AI models. See the data sections below.
You stay in control
AI output is a starting point, not an instruction. You decide what to do, and you can edit or ignore anything it produces.
  • AI output is a helpful suggestion, not a fact. The questions, sharpened goals, plans, tasks, hints, insights, and reports are produced by a probabilistic AI model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong, and they may look confident while being mistaken.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing Tackie generates is medical, mental-health, fitness, nutrition, legal, financial, tax, or career advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. For decisions that matter, talk to an appropriate professional.
  • You decide and you verify. The AI only suggests. You choose what to keep and what to act on, and you are responsible for reviewing output and using your own judgment before you rely on it.
  • No automated decisions about you. Tackie does not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
  • Results are not guaranteed. Tackie can help you plan and stay consistent, but reaching your goal depends on you and on factors outside our control. We do not promise any particular outcome, result, or level of progress.

10. Third-party services, integrations, and links

Tackie relies on and links to third-party services (for example, our AI provider, hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, payment processing, sign-in with Google, maps and reverse-geocoding for city lookup, weather, bot protection, consent-based product analytics, and your browser’s own push-notification service when you opt in, as listed in our Privacy Policy). When you export to a calendar, open a map link, or follow a link we surface, you may interact with a third party under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Optional integrations you can connect

Some Tackie features let you connect an outside service. These integrations are optional and entirely at your discretion. They stay off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off again anytime.

  • Google Calendar.If you connect it, Tackie creates and manages one dedicated “Tackie” calendar in your Google account and writes your task titles, dates, and goal titles into it, using a narrow Google permission that cannot touch your other calendars or events. You can disconnect anytime, which revokes the access and removes the Tackie calendar. Your Google account is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
  • Calendar subscription feed. You can turn on a private, read-only calendar feed link. Anyone who has that link can read the task and goal information it exposes, so you are responsible for keeping the link private. You can rotate the link (which instantly breaks any link you shared before) or turn the feed off at any time.
  • Automation webhooks. You can point Tackie at an automation webhook you set up at IFTTT, Zapier, or Make, so that when you summit a goal Tackie sends a small notification (the event, your goal title, a public summit-certificate link, and a timestamp) to the destination you choose. Once that data reaches the service you configured, it is handled by that third party under their terms, and what you route to them and what it triggers is your responsibility.

We are not responsible for these third-party services (including Google, IFTTT, Zapier, and Make), for their availability, accuracy, or security, or for anything you route to them. The integrations are provided “as is,” and we may change, limit, or discontinue any of them at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account, your feed link, and your connected services secure, and for your use of them.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, look and feel, text, graphics, the mountain-climb metaphor, cosmetic themes and badges, and the Tackie name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal goal-planning, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Cosmetic unlocks and badges are a license to display them in the app; they are not property, currency, or anything you can sell or transfer.

12. Suspension, termination, and your goal states

  • You can leave anytime. You can stop using Tackie, cancel a paid plan, take a break (which pauses your climb with nothing deleted), or delete your account from inside the app.
  • Goal states inside the app. Goals you finish become Summited, goals you set aside become Archived, and goals you remove go to Recently Deleted for 15 days (with a countdown) so you can restore them, after which they are permanently removed.
  • Account deletion. When you delete your account, it enters a 30-day recovery window during which you can change your mind. After that, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems, with backups rolling off on their normal cycle, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate. We may suspend or close your account, or limit access to the Service, if you break these Terms, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the public, Tackie, or our providers, to prevent harm or abuse, or if required by law. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice.
  • Effect of termination. When your access ends, your right to use the Service stops. If we terminate a paid plan for your serious or repeated breach, you are not entitled to a refund. If we discontinue a paid plan you have prepaid for, or close your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused fees. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, Sections 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 to 22) survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. AI OUTPUT MAY BE WRONG OR INCOMPLETE, AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY GOAL, RESULT, OUTCOME, OR LEVEL OF PROGRESS. TACKIE IS NOT MEDICAL, MENTAL-HEALTH, FITNESS, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, AND IS NOT A CRISIS SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, those warranties are limited to the minimum permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACKIE AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

These limits are a fundamental part of the deal between you and us and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you (for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tackie and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of any third party’s rights, including privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may take over the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate. You will not settle any matter that imposes obligations on us without our prior written consent.

16. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, TO A JURY TRIAL, AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. IT CONTAINS A 30-DAY OPT-OUT.

Informal resolution first

Most concerns can be solved quickly. Before starting a formal dispute, please email us at legal@tackie.io with a short description of the issue and what you would like, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. We will do the same before bringing a claim against you. This step is required before either of us starts arbitration.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Tackie agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except as stated below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. You can find those rules at adr.org. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class-action and jury-trial waiver

YOU AND TACKIE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND TACKIE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that one) will be severed and may proceed in court, while the rest stays in arbitration.

Exceptions

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either of us may also ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or the Service. These exceptions are not a waiver of the rest of this section.

Your right to opt out (within 30 days)

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@tackie.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, the arbitration and class-action waiver above will not apply to you, and disputes will be resolved in court as described in Section 17. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute between you and us are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and (for the arbitration agreement) by the Federal Arbitration Act. For any matter not subject to arbitration (or if you validly opt out), you and Tackie agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing here removes any protection or right that the mandatory consumer law of your home country or state gives you.

18. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at legal@tackie.io(subject line “DMCA”), or by mail to Pinn.Media LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 30 N Gould St #43324, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Your notice must include, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
  • identification of the material you say is infringing and where it is on the Service;
  • your name, address, phone number, and email;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and may close accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact.

19. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Tackie, you give us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, with no obligation to you. Feedback is voluntary, and we can use it to improve the Service freely. Please do not include anything confidential in your feedback.

20. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

  • The Service. We are always improving Tackie, so we may add, change, or remove features. We may also limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have prepaid for, we will refund the prepaid, unused portion.
  • These Terms.We may update these Terms as Tackie grows. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, give notice in the app or by email. Changes take effect when posted (or on a later stated date). Continuing to use Tackie after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and you may cancel.

21. Export controls and sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a comprehensive embargo by the United States, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties. You may not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by these laws.

22. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreements on the subject.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is limited or removed to the smallest extent needed.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them, for example in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, outages, provider failures, natural events, or government actions).
  • Notices. We may give you notice by email or in the app. You can reach us at the contacts in Section 1. Legal notices to us must go to legal@tackie.io.
  • Relationship. These Terms do not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
  • Headings. Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.
