What’s new
The climb keeps getting better.
The Tackie changelog: features, improvements, and fixes we have shipped. A running, honest record of how the climb keeps getting better.
- Feature
Integrations: your plan, where you already live
Open Integrations in your profile to connect Tackie to the tools you use. Sync your week into Google Calendar, subscribe any calendar (Apple, Outlook, and more) to a live link of your tasks and deadlines, and send your wins to IFTTT, Zapier, or Make the moment you summit a goal. You can also install Tackie to your home screen for a full-screen climb.
- Feature
Summited, Archived, and a 15-day safety net
Your Goals now sort into tabs: Active climbs, Summited wins, and an Archive for the ones you are setting aside. Anything you remove waits in Recently Deleted for 15 days, with a day-by-day countdown, so you can always change your mind before it is gone for good.
- Feature
Sign in with a passkey
Add a passkey and sign in with your fingerprint or face, no password to type and nothing to remember. Prefer a code? You can turn on two-factor instead. Set either up in Account Security.
- Feature
Set the pace on each goal
Mark a goal Pushing, Steady, or Easy does it. A glance tells you which climbs you are leaning into and which are a gentler walk, and your goals sort with the ones you are pushing on top.
- Improvement
A faster app and a smoother mountain
Your dashboard now loads in one step instead of three, and the climb scene is much lighter: clouds drift, the sun and moon move, and the art shows up fast.
- Improvement
Long climbs stay tidy
On longer goals, your week timeline folds to the stretch you are on, with your badges and flags surfaced above it, so nothing important gets buried at the bottom of a long scroll.
- Improvement
Keep me logged in
A keep me logged in option at sign-in, so you stay put on your own device and re-enter your details less often.
- Feature
Meet Ranger
A friendly guide on our home page who can answer questions about Tackie and help you get started.
- Feature
Insights you can see at a glance
The Insights tab now opens with your numbers as charts: a completion ring, your week-by-week progress, and the days you tend to get the most done. All drawn from your own climb.
- Feature
Plan your week, your way
Tap any upcoming day in Today to peek at what is planned, and move a task to whatever day actually works for you. Your week is yours to shape.
- Improvement
A lighter bottom bar
The bottom navigation is now a floating glass dock with more room between the icons, and Insights has its own home down there.
- Improvement
A friendlier profile
Tap your photo to open a profile hub that greets you by name and keeps every setting in one place. On desktop, hover it for quick actions like Appearance and What's New.
- Improvement
Your day and weather, on every screen
Your greeting, the date, and the local weather now show on phones too, so the top of the app reads the same whether you are on a laptop or your pocket.
- Feature
Take a photo for your profile
Set your profile picture straight from your device camera, or upload one like before. Crop and zoom to taste, and the camera light always turns off when you are done.
- Fix
The climber stays on the slope
Fixed the Climb view so one shared trail keeps your climber on the path the whole way up and lands them right at the summit.
- Improvement
The reckon leads with your wins
Your weekly check-in now opens with what you actually got done, with optional mood chips, and the AI report arrives as the payoff instead of a quiz up front.
- Improvement
Easier sign-up and clearer hero
Start free is now the lead button on the landing page, and the sign-up path is plain to find. We also added a no-card-required note so there are no surprises.
- Improvement
Sharper, more specific goals
Goal sharpening now weaves in your real specifics, the what, the why, and what done looks like, so your one-line goal could only describe you. No more flat, generic lines.
- Feature
The Tackie blog is live
Honest, practical writing on setting goals you will actually achieve, breaking them into weekly steps, and bouncing back after a slow week. New posts drip in over time.
